New Fenestrae Partnership

Fenestrae is pleased to announce their partnership with ARC-IT Business Solutions for Fenestrae Udocx. ARC-IT has chosen Udocx as a new and innovative addition to their Scan to Office 365 & Print solutions, to deliver an end-to-end paperless solution in the UK Health sector.

ARC-IT Business Solutions provides IT and Print products and services to SMEs in the UK. Their client base includes the Health Sector, Education, Legal among others. ‘What we typically see is that our clients are not IT savvy, and have a paper-intensive business. By offering them a full-service solution that allows them to scan documents directly to Office 365, they can realize huge efficiency gain and cost savings,’ stated Alex Pomorski, Director of ARC-IT. ‘Udocx is the perfect solution because it is cloud based, and therefore easy to implement and use.”

UDOCX
With Udocx, documents can be stored in any folder of choice. By using MFD’s and desktop scanners it is possible to scan directly into Office 365. Specific destinations can be selected within SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive, OneDrive for business and more.
By using the app on an MFP, it is possible to print emails and attachments, as well as schedule appointments without the need for a pc. Udocx does not require the installation of software or add additional servers. Changes to personal touch menus will be directly available on any enabled devices.

The integration with Office 365 allows Udocx to automate many company processes, easily standardize document processing and therefore boost both company and employee productivity. Users are able to use workflows to automate the routing of documents. As well, OCR can be configured to initiate workflows such as validation, approval and verification.
